Company: Korridor (Fintech operating across 13+ African countries)
Role: Lead the Product Development Team, focusing on next-gen applications and systems essential to Korridor’s operations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Serve as Systems Architect, managing TMS and FMS platforms.
– Lead, mentor, and train development teams, ensuring best practices and CI/CD adherence.
– Engage in architectural discussions, code reviews, and sprint planning.
– Drive quality assurance with QA automation and software tools for efficient delivery.
– Build and maintain relationships with service providers, suppliers, and customers.
Qualifications & Experience:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT (AWS & .Net certifications are a plus).
– Experience: 7-9 years in IT leadership, including native mobile development.
– Technical Skills: Expertise in React frameworks (Flutter), cloud technologies, software architecture, integration, web services, T-SQL, and secure coding.
– Leadership: Strong team management, technical mentorship, and strategic planning abilities.
